【摘要】:1ThisEuropeanstandardspecifiesthesafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureoffoodprocessorsandblenders.Itappliestofoodprocessorsandblendershavingabowlwhichisstationarywhilethefoodisbeingprocessed.Thetotalvolumeofthebowlislessthanorequalto150l.Themachinescoveredbythisstandardareintendedtocarryoutvarioustypesofoperationssuchas:mincing,mixing,blending,whipping,usingalargenumberofproductsandrawmaterials,andwhichareusedinfoodandcateringindustriessuchasrestaurants,hotels,coffeeshopsandpubs.Thisstandardapplieswhensuchmachinesareusedundertheintendedconditionsofuseasdefinedin3.12ofEN292-1:1991andstatedintheinstructionhandbook(see7.1),includingcleaning,removaloffoodblockages,feedingandchangingthetools.2Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto:—domesticmachines;—machinerydedicatedtofoodindustrialprocessing(e.g.petfood,canneryindustry,industrialmeatprocessing).Smallmachinescalled"shakers"whicharededicatedtoblendingliquid,withanimpellor,usuallydrivenfromaboveareexcluded.3Thisstandardcoverssignificanthazardsatsuchmachines,asidentifiedbyriskassessment(seeEN1050:1996),whicharelistedinclause4ofthisstandard.InadditionmachineryshallcomplyasappropriatewithEN292andprEN1672-1:1994forhazardswhicharenotcoveredbythisstandard.4Thisstandarddoesnotdealwith:—vibrationhazard;—thermalhazard;—hazardduetopressure.5Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafteritsdateofissue.
