【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiessafetyrequirementstobemetbythemanufacturerformachinesandplantusedinfoundriesfortheproductionofcastingsindisposablemoulds.Ittakesintoaccounttheforeseeablesignificanthazardsduetodesign,constructionandinstallationthatmayoccurduringcommissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioning.Itspecifiespreventativemeasuresandverificationmeansfortheeliminationorreductionofthesehazards.Itspecifiesrequirementsforinformationtobeprovidedbythemanufacturertotheuseronsafeoperationandmaintenance.Thisstandardappliestothefollowingequipment:-machineryandplantconstructedtoconditionand/orreclaimfoundrysands;-mouldingmachineryandplants;-coremakingmachineryandplants;-knock-outequipment;-otherdirectlyassociatedequipmentTheforeseeablesignificanthazardscoveredarelistedinclause5andinclude:-mechanicalhazards,movementofmachineryandworkpieces,ejectionofmaterial,ofliquidsandgases,inadequacyofthemechanicalstrength;-explosion,fire,exothermicreactions;-contactwithhotparts,gasesandflames;-noiseandvibration;-thermalheatradiationandconduction;-harmfulby-products,poisoning,pollutionofoperators'breathingair.Thisstandardappliestoequipmentwhichisplacedonthemarketafterthedateofissueofthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthesafetyrequirementsforwax-andlostfoampatternproductionandwaxremovalequipmentanddryingovens.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytocraneinstallations,winches,continuousconveyorsorhandlingsystemswhichcouldbeanintegralpartoftheaboveequipment.Thestandarddoesnotcoverdustreductionequipment.
