【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethodsfortheevaluationofmeasuringinstrumentsusedforgearmeasurementsofinvolute,helix,pitchandrunout.Itisapplicablebothtoinstrumentsthatmeasurerunoutdirectlyandtothosethatcomputeitfromindexmeasurements.Italsogivesrecommendationsfortheevaluationoftooththicknessmeasuringinstrumentsand,ofnecessity,includestheestimationofmeasurementuncertaintywiththeuseofcalibratedgearartifacts.ItdoesnotaddressthecalibrationofartifactsbylaboratoriesaccreditedinaccordancewithISO/IEC17025;norareitsrequirementsintendedasanacceptancespecificationofproductgears(seeISO1328-1,ISO1328-2,ISO/TR10064-1andISO/TR10064-2).Theestimationofproductgearmeasurementuncertaintyisbeyonditsscope(seeISO/TR10064-5forrecommendations).
