【摘要】:Thisisaquick,simple,andinexpensivetestmethodforqualitativelydetermining,withouttheneedtopreparebondedtestspecimens,whethertheadhesiveunderconsiderationwillbondtoaparticularsubstrate.Iftheresultsareacceptable,thenstandardquantitativeadhesivetestprocedurescanbeusedtoobtainquantitativemeasurementsoftheadhesiversquo;performance.Thistestmethodcanalsobeusedtocomparerelativeadhesionofseveraladhesivestogivensubstrates.Itcanbeusedtodeterminewhetheranadhesivewillcontinuetoadheretothesubstrateunderspecifiedenvironmentalconditions.Itcanbeusedtoevaluateadhesionofaparticularadhesivetoavarietyofsubstrates.Itcanbeusedtoobtainx201C;subjectivex201D;comparativedatabetweenseveraladhesivesonagivensubstratebynotingtherelativeeaseofinducingfailurebetweentheadhesivestested.Itshouldbemostapplicabletoadhesivesthatcureorsetwhenexposedtox201C;airx201D;(ambient,heated,etc.)andcouldbeusedforanaerobicadhesivesiftestingiscarriedoutinanoxygen-freeatmosphere.1.1Thistestmethodcoversasimplequalitativeprocedureforquicklyscreeningwhetheranadhesivewill,underrecommendedapplicationconditions,bondtoagivensubstratewithoutactuallymakingbondedassemblies.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
