【摘要】:Theseguidelinescoverthedevelopment,implementation,maintenance,andimprovementofstrategiesandsystemsfortrainingthataffectthequalityoftheproductssuppliedbyanorganization.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoalltypesoforganizations.Itisnotintendedforuseincontracts,regulations,orforcertification.Itdoesnotaddto,change,orotherwisemodifyrequirementsfortheISO9000series.ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtobeusedbytrainingprovidersdeliveringservicestootherorganizations.NOTEThemainsourceofreferencefortrainingprovidersshouldbeISO9004-2:1991,Qualitymanagementandqualitysystemelements—Part2:Guidelinesforservices,untilsupersededbyISO9004:2000.TrainingprovidersmayusethisInternationalStandardwhenaddressingthetrainingneedsoftheirownpersonnel.
