【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiescompositionalandphysicalpropertyrequirementsforgeneralpurposeacrylonitrile-butadienerubbercompoundsofhardnessrange40IRHDto90IRHD,designatedBA40,BA50,BA60,BA70.BA80,BA90,andforanelectricalgradeacrylonitrile-butadienerubbercompound,ofhardness60IRHD.designatedE.Thesecompoundsareintendedforthemanufactureofitemsintheformofextrusions,mouldings,sheetanditemscutorpunchedfromsheetinwhichresistancetocertainorganicliquidsisanecessaryproperty,andwheresomestiffeningofthehardergradesattemperaturesbelow-20℃canbetolerated.NOTE1CompoundsintheBAseriesmaynothavegoodelectricalinsulatingpropertieswhereasthecompounddesignatedEisavailablewithspecificelectricalproperties.NOTE2Ozone,whichisnaturallypresentintheatmosphere,cancauseunprotectednitrilerubbertocrackwhenitisstrained,andthiscanoftenleadtofailureofthepart.Thenitrilerubbercompoundsspecifiedinthisstandardarenotrequiredtobecompoundedtoberesistanttoozoneattackandtheirresistancetoozoneisnottested.Potentialusersshouldseektechnicaladviceiftheyareunsureastowhetherozoneresistanceisrequiredfortheirapplication.ThereiscurrentlynoBritishStandardforozoneresistantnitrilerubbercompounds.
