【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidanceforreliabilitygrowthduringfinaltestingoracceptancetestingofuniquecomplexsystems.Itgivesguidanceonacceleratedtestconditionsandcriteriaforstoppingthesetests.“Unique”meansthatnoinformationexistsonsimilarsystems,andthesmallnumberofproducedsystemsmeansthatinformationdeductedfromthetesthaslimiteduseforfutureproduction.Thisstandardconcernsreliabilitygrowthofrepairablecomplexsystemsconsistingofhardwarewithembeddedsoftware.Itcanbeusedfordescribingtheprocedureforacceptancetesting,"running-in",andtoensurethatreliabilityofadeliveredsystemisnotcompromisedbycodingerrors,workmanshiperrorsormanufacturingerrors.Itonlycoverstheearlyfailureperiodofthesystemlifecycleandneithertheconstantfailureperiod,northewearoutfailureperiod.Itcanalsobeusedwhenacompanywantstooptimizethedurationofinternalproductiontestingduringmanufacturingofprototypes,singlesystemsorsmallseries.Itisapplicablemainlytolargehardware/softwaresystems,butdoesnotcoverlargenetworks,forexampletelecommunicationsandpowernetworks,sincenewpartsofsuchsystemscannotusuallybeisolatedduringthetesting.Itdoesnotcoversoftwaretestedalone,butthemethodscanbeusedduringtestingoflargeembeddedsoftwareprogramsinoperationalhardware,whensimulatedoperatingloadsareused.Itaddressesgrowthtestingbeforeoratdeliveryofafinishedsystem.Thetestingcanthereforetakeplaceatthemanufacturer'sorattheenduser'spremises.Iftheuserofasystemperformsreliabilitygrowthbyapolicyofupdatinghardwareandsoftwarewithimprovedversions,thisstandardcanbeusedtoguidethegrowthprocess.Thisstandardcoversawidefieldofapplications,butisnotapplicabletohealthorsafetyaspectsofsystems.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytosystemsthatarecoveredbyIEC62279[39].
